Refund, Cancellation & Payment Policy
By booking through TravelFarePro, you agree to the following terms:
1. Payment Policy
We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.
By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the total booking amount, including taxes and fees.
Prices and fares are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and ticketed.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when:
Full payment is received;
The airline issues the ticket; and
A confirmation email is sent.
If a booking cannot be completed due to fare changes, airline restrictions, payment issues, or technical errors, we may cancel the reservation and provide an applicable refund.
3. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are subject to the airline’s fare rules.
Tickets may be non-refundable, partially refundable, or subject to cancellation fees.
Customers must request cancellations before departure.
TravelFarePro service fees may be non-refundable.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds may be available if:
The airline allows refunds under its fare rules;
The flight is canceled by the airline;
A qualifying schedule change occurs;
A duplicate charge is confirmed; or
The booking cannot be fulfilled.
Refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days, though additional time may be required by airlines, banks, or payment providers.
5. Flight Changes
Flight changes are subject to airline rules, seat availability, fare differences, and applicable fees. TravelFarePro may charge a service fee for processing changes.
6. Airline Schedule Changes
If an airline cancels or significantly changes a flight, available refund, credit, or rebooking options will be determined by the airline. We will assist where possible.
7. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Customers should contact us before initiating a chargeback. We reserve the right to verify payments, request identification, and cancel suspicious transactions.
8. Limitation of Liability
TravelFarePro acts as an intermediary between customers and travel suppliers. We are not responsible for airline cancellations, delays, schedule changes, supplier insolvency, force majeure events, or government travel restrictions.
